What is your return policy?
All Sales Are Final. Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of our products there will be no returns, exchanges or refunds.
All our products will be put through steps of quality control before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, please email us at email@example.com within 2 days of delivery with your concerns and photos for us to help you the best we can.
We highly recommend contacting us prior to placing an order if you have any questions or doubts. We'd be happy to clarify any questions for you!
How long will it take to get my order?
After processing, you order is handed off to the shipping courier. The time for your order to be shipped and delivered may vary once in the possession of the shipping courier.
As a small business we try our best to create, pack, and ship out your orders as soon we can! You can expect your order to get to you in around 2-5 business days.
In the case of a shipping delay, all deliveries are carried out by courier companies that operate separately from us. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to weather or other reasons that may occur during the transit period. Once packages are shipped out, the transit will be out of our control, we do our best to help if we can and provide tracking information for your order!
Can I get my order by a specific day?
You can expect your order to get to you in around 2-5 business days. Shipping times can vary so please plan accordingly if you’d like it by a certain date.

Can I make any changes to my order?
If you need to make a change to your order, please reach out to our team by email at email@example.com as soon as you can. Please keep in mind that once an order has been fulfilled and/or shipped, we are not able to change any shipping detail nor can we adjust the products ordered.
It says my order was delivered but I didn't receive it?
We sometimes see that a package will be scanned as "delivered" through USPS though this isn't always the case. This is especially common during high volume, holiday shipping seasons. We recommend allowing 24-72 hours to account for potential internal delays.
Please contact your local post office and they should be able to help Additionally, we ask that you double-check with neighbors, housemates, or in any delivery areas around your home or porch where the package may have been left. During the ordering process, please ensure that your mailing address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
