What is your return/exchange policy?

Welcome to the Meraki & Moon Family! We sincerely appreciate your support. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, so we aim to be as helpful and understanding as possible. 

Please find our return policy below:

All sales are considered final. However, we completely understand that certain exceptional cases do occur, and for these situations, we'd like to help the best way we can. 

As a small business, we prioritize hygiene and the handcrafted nature of our items. For that reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for our products. However, if you received the wrong or defective item, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

To initiate your claim, please contact us at within two days of receiving your package. 

Be sure to include your name, order number, description of the concern, and clear photographs of the item(s) in question. 

This will help us assess the situation and provide you with a timely and appropriate resolution. Kindly note that returns or exchanges due to personal preferences or for any other reasons not stated above will not be honored.

We strongly advise you to review the product descriptions, FAQ, and other relevant information on our website before placing your order. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us. 


How long will it take to get my order?

At Meraki & Moon, we understand how excited you are to receive your order! As a small, dedicated team, we take pride in crafting, packing, and shipping your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you'll find more details about our processing and shipping policy, to help set your expectations and answer any questions you may have.

Processing Times

We strive to fulfill and prepare your orders for shipment within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order. The actual processing time may vary depending on the volume of orders we are handling and the availability of the items you ordered. If there's an unusual delay or if we need more information from you, we'll be sure to reach out and let you know. Please note that our business days for processing are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Options

To provide you with the best possible service, we partner with reliable courier companies to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once your order is handed off to the shipping courier, the transit time will be as follows:

Standard Shipping: Deliveries can typically be expected within 2-5 business days depending on your location, after the order has been processed and handed over to the courier. Please keep in mind that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary.

Express Shipping: For those who need their orders in a hurry, we offer an express shipping option that aims to deliver your order within 1-2 business days, after the processing time. Additional costs may apply for this expedited service.

In certain circumstances, such as high demand, holidays, or weather events, you may experience delays in shipping. While these situations are out of our control, we will do our best to monitor your order and provide updates as needed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email containing your tracking number, along with instructions on how to track your package. We encourage you to keep an eye on your shipment to ensure a smooth delivery. If you encounter any issues or have questions about your order's status, please don't hesitate to contact us—we're always happy to help!

Address Updates

We ask that you double-check your shipping address and other details before submitting your order. If you realize that you've made an error in your address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that we can make changes once an order has been processed.


Can I get my order by a specific day?

We understand the importance of receiving your order by a specific date, and are more than happy to help you plan this out for the best possible outcome! Our standard shipping time frame is between 2-5 business days, but please note that there might be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances or a high volume of orders during peak seasons.

To ensure that you receive your order by the desired date, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible, taking into consideration factors such as weekends and public holidays that might affect the shipping timeframe. 

Additionally, it would be helpful to keep an eye on your email for any shipping and delivery updates from our side, and also check the tracking information provided once your order has been shipped. This way you can monitor the progress of your package and have a better estimate of its arrival.

If it is absolutely crucial for you to receive your order by a specific date, you might want to explore our expedited shipping options at an additional cost. This service guarantees a faster delivery timeframe, ensuring that your package reaches you within the stipulated period.

Can I make any changes to my order?

We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order after it has been placed.
In order to initiate any changes to your order, kindly reach out to our lovely team via email at as soon as possible. It would be particularly helpful if you could include details such as your order number, the items you'd like to alter, and your preferences for the changes in your email, so that our team can quickly respond and assist you.

Please note, however, that our ability to make changes may be limited in certain situations. Once an order has been processed, we regretfully are unable to modify any shipping information, nor can we adjust or replace the products in the order.


It says my order was delivered but I didn't receive it?

We sometimes see that a package will be scanned as "delivered"  through USPS though this isn't always the case. This is especially common during high volume, holiday shipping seasons. We recommend allowing 24-72 hours to account for potential internal delays. 

Please contact your local post office and they should be able to help Additionally, we ask that you double-check with neighbors, housemates, or in any delivery areas around your home or porch where the package may have been left. During the ordering process, please ensure that your mailing address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
