Shipping and Returns

Free Standard Domestic on orders $100+ (3-5 business days)

Standard Domestic (3-5 business days) - $6 

Expedited Domestic Shipping (2-3 business days) - $24


What is your return/exchange policy?

Hey! 🌟 If you decide to return your order within 15 days of the delivery date here are your options:

  • Opt for store credit that you can save for later, which will be equivalent to the amount you originally paid.
  • Alternatively, you can choose a refund on your original payment method, with a $5 restocking fee deducted.

All returns and exchanges must be processed by us before sending merchandise back.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion Meraki & Moon.

Please note that we do not cover shipping cost for return/exchange. You are responsible for your own return process and fees might incur during the process. Once we have received the returned item we will issue you a refund.


What if I received a defective/missing or wrong item?: If you received the wrong or defective item, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue. 

To initiate your claim, please contact us at within two days of receiving your package. 

Be sure to include your name, order number, description of the concern, and clear photographs of the item(s) in question. 

This will help us assess the situation and provide you with a timely and appropriate resolution. Kindly note that returns or exchanges due to personal preferences or for any other reasons not stated above will not be honored after 15 days 

We strongly advise you to review the product descriptions, FAQ, and other relevant information on our website before placing your order. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

 We highly recommend contacting us prior to placing an order if you have any questions or doubts. We'd be happy to clarify any questions for you!

How long will it take to get my order?

After processing, you order is handed off to the shipping courier. The time for your order to be shipped and delivered may vary once in the possession of the shipping courier. 

As a small business we try our best to create, pack, and ship out your orders as soon we can! You can expect your order to get to you in around 2-5 business days.

In the case of a shipping delay, all deliveries are carried out by courier companies that operate separately from us. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to weather or other reasons that may occur during the transit period. Once packages are shipped out, the transit will be out of our control, we do our  best to help if we can and provide tracking information for your order!


Can I get my order by a specific day?

You can expect your order to get to you in around 2-5 business days. Shipping times can vary so please plan accordingly if you’d like it by a certain date.

We love hearing from you through our Instagram however, we are able to assist you much faster via email or through our site with your specific orders and inquiries. 

Can I make any changes to my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please reach out to our team by email at as soon as you can. Please keep in mind that once an order has been fulfilled and/or shipped, we are not able to change any shipping detail nor can we adjust the products ordered. 


It says my order was delivered but I didn't receive it?

We sometimes see that a package will be scanned as "delivered"  through USPS though this isn't always the case. This is especially common during high volume, holiday shipping seasons. We recommend allowing 24-72 hours to account for potential internal delays. 

Please contact your local post office and they should be able to help Additionally, we ask that you double-check with neighbors, housemates, or in any delivery areas around your home or porch where the package may have been left. During the ordering process, please ensure that your mailing address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

What is your international shipping policy? 

Rates & Regions :

We strive to provide the best customer experience for all customers to purchase the pieces they muse but since we are a small business, the rates for international shipping are set according to the rates USPS sets it as. We understand that the rates of international shipping can be a big expense and due to customs regulations and other factors, this rate is priced higher than domestic shipping. For this, were only shipping our pieces within the U.S., Canada, and London for now. In the future, we are looking forward to lowering this expense as our business grows to provide and expand our shipping out to more countries!


Third-party mail forwarding services :

For international customers that use third-party shipping services to receive orders from the U.S., we want to advise you that our shop isn't affiliated with these services. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot guarantee and aren't responsible for any delays, delivery issues, and tracking problems that your order experiences. 

After your order is fulfilled by our team, shipping services takes care of the shipping and tracking information you receive for your order as well as the active shipping/route notifications. During the shipping process, your order will be handled and updated by their services.

Due to this, our team strongly discourages international orders to be made outside of our accessible shipping regions (described in "Rates & Regions" section) as we cannot provide the support to refund/replace orders if any issues occur.
